Harvey has been investing in property since 2009 and has been involved with over 90 property deals, amounting to £6 million worth of property for himself and other investors. 

After losing money on his first property deal, a parcel of land that he intended to build two three-bedroom properties on that had no planning permission granted (more about the lessons from this on the workshop) and doing 5 buy to let deals in the first 5 years of his property journey, he got obsessed with self education and personal development. With the newfound knowledge and confidence, he went on to close around 50 deals in a 2 year period. 

Alongside building a portfolio building/sourcing company, a lettings & management business and now a property & mindset education business. 

All remotely from his phone from anywhere in the world with WiFi connection, for 2 reasons:
1. Because 95% of the deals he has done have been 250 miles from where he lives
2. So he fulfills a goal he made to have monthly breaks after burning himself out in 2014
